I know, not the most Italian sounding name you’ve come across. I spent my first Halloweens in Queens, NY then at 5 years of age I moved to Milan, Italy with my very Italian mother. I lived most of my life in the Boot with frequent trips back to the States, just so I wouldn’t forget what cheesecake tastes like. I’ve been teaching Italian to English speakers for 12 years (or 3 World Cups) and helping them plan out their unforgettable trips to Italy.

If you decide to give us a try, just know you’re not signing up for high school Italian 101, there’s no final test or book reports about Dante’s Inferno. Sure, there will be some studying involved but we’ll keep it as light and fun as possible (a full glass of Chianti during classes is optional but strongly recommended).

On this theme, our motto here is “speak like you eat” (parla come mangi) an Italian saying that basically translates to “no need for those fancy words buddy, we’re at a Wendy’s”. We’ll be learning the actual language that Italians use in their every day lives (in those brief moments when their mouths aren’t stuffed with the most delicious food on the planet).
